Delivery & Returns
- Collection is available at our Depot outside Omagh, Co Tyrone.
- No orders are dispatched after 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
- No dispatches on Saturday/Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards (excluding AMEX), through our online Payment Provider Authipay.
Payment can also be made via Paypal. You can either log in to your Paypal account or if you do not have an account you can pay by using your card. When you click Paypal you will be taken to their secure website where you can enter your card details safely. Please make sure you return to our website to complete the order.
Delivery To Ireland:
The delivery cost in Ireland will be calculated during checkout and is variable depending on the number of parcels required for your order.
Collection from our warehouse at BT79 7TJ is FREE, but you MUST arrange a collection time by ringing the office first on +44(0)28 8224 0950.
Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 3pm. However we close for public/bank holidays.
Returns:
Please check your delivery prior to signing for it.
If your item is damaged in transit please inform us immediately and arrange a return for a replacement or refund.
Returns accepted within 30 days, items must be unused, in good condition and in original packaging where possible.
